Standard Residential Cleanings Include:

General Areas and Bedrooms:

• All bed sheets changed (clean under the bed)
• Lampshades dusted
• All cobwebs removed
• All carpets vacuumed
• Dusting
  • All wood work (cabinets, doors, base boards)
  • Windowsills and ceiling fans
  • Handrails
  • All surface areas - We move knick knacks, not clean around them!
• All hard floor surfaces vacuumed and mopped
• All furniture vacuumed (we move light furniture or try to clean under it)
• All inside windows cleaned (glass doors are cleaned on both sides)*
• Sliding door rails wiped down
• All air vents dusted and wiped down
• All blinds/shudders dusted and wiped down
• Office desks reorganized
• Doorknobs/light switches all sanitized
• Laundry rooms are included

Kitchen:

• Where other companies cut corners, we use only Scotch-Brite Dobie pads to avoid scratches on your appliances
• All sinks, countertops and backsplashes cleaned and sanitized
• Range hoods completely cleaned
• All appliances wiped and cleaned (Refrigerators, ovens, Etc.)
• Microwaves Cleaned inside and outside
• All cabinets dusted and wiped down, knobs all sanitized
• All furniture dusted and/or vacuumed
• All light fixtures cleaned
• All trash bags removed and trash cans cleaned
• Vacuum and/or mopping of all floors (edges are cleaned on hands and knees)
• Dirty dishes loaded into dishwashers

Bathrooms:

• Tile grout cleaned with toothbrush
• All vanity areas and sinks cleaned and sanitized
• Lights over vanity areas hand cleaned
• All faucets polished mirrors and light fixtures cleaned and polished
• All wood work wiped and cleaned
• Tile walls, bathtubs and shower cleaned and sanitized
• Soap scum and mildew removed from shower walls/doors
• Clean and disinfect toilets (we use pumice stone, and even clean the rim)
• Brush and clean toilet seat hinges
• Hand wash and disinfect floors
• Soap dispensers and soap holders wiped out
• All towels folded
• Toilet paper replaced if empty and edges folded
